[OZ] is an -International- (we're often mistaken for an Australian guild ) Kurzick guild focused on high-end elite PvE, with pretty regular guild FA's. Our goal is to be a social, active mid-sized guild where members can consider each other close friends - a family even! We cap at 60 members and kick after 3 weeks of being AFK without a reason. We are extremely friendly and pretty laid back.
We have an official (awarding Participation Points, aka PP ) guild event each weekend, usually on Saturdays at around 6pm UTC (Wiki Time) to make it as convenient as possible for all our giuldies, along with regular guild groupings.

PvE events and groupings:
* HM missions.
* EotN dungeons, mostly in HM.
* Vanquishes through all campaigns.
* Challenge Missions: Glint's Challenge,Dajkah Inlet, The Shadow Nexus,
Altrumm Ruins and Amatz Basin.
* Elite areas: FoW, UW, ToPK,DoA, Urgoz and The Deep.
* The Daily ZM, ZB and ZV.

PvP groupings:
* FA and JQ syncing, mostly from the Kurz side.
* AB (Only during special weekends).
* Occasional RA sync attempts.

Who are we looking for?
Although experience is important, we're much more interested in people who actively participate in our guild/ally events and guild/ally rather then those oxygen thieves hogging the member slots.

We are looking for decent experienced players interested in filling their HoM and maxing their titles. We want players who enjoy playing with guildies with a friendly attitude and have respect for their fellow members and allies.

What will be expected of you?
* Follow our Guild and Ally rules.
* Treat your fellow guildies with respect.
* Participate in Guild and Ally groupings.
* Follow the lead of event hosts and group leaders.
* Sign up to our guild and ally website and to check it regularly.
* Log online at least once in 3 weeks.
